Whats is empathetic capital?
Sitawi has developed the Empathic Capital approach through a combination of capital types – with different objectives, constraints, and expectations – and an active listening logic of organizations, beyond capital infusion.
The financial investment, ia an Impact First investment, prioritizing impact before returns. To arrive at the Empathic Capital, we leverage concepts from Blended Finance, adapting terms to the investees and reducing investor risk, and Venture Philanthropy, with close organization monitoring, boosting its results, both economic and impact-related.
